Brittany is a native Houstonian and has practiced yoga, meditation, spiritual modalities, and other self-care practices for over 20 years. Brittany is a certified Barre and yoga instructor. Her yoga classes are a mix of all the different yoga traditions she has learned and implemented in her practice over the years. She uses her yoga practice as a way to facilitate a deep awareness of the mind, body, and spirit connection. Brittany's Barre classes implant a bit of her yoga practice and ballet training using isolated movements and alignment to get the best out of your time in her classes.
