Mell
Mell's classes are fun, easy to follow, and will give you the workout you are looking for! She started teaching at her University (UCV) when she realized there was no sports program she liked, and therefore she created the First-Ever Aerobics Club for them, taking the team to win the National UCV Aerobics championship two years in a row. Now, as the Healthy Living Director, she is putting her fitness knowledge together to create a team of trainers while teaching dance, strength, yoga, and pilates. Mell is a proud Venezuelan-American who leaves in Houston, TX with her husband, 3 children, and Yoyo-their dog.
