If you can believe it, you can achieve it! Nothing is impossible, whether you are starting your fitness journey or seeking to challenge yourself, now is the time! Shavon started her fitness career after many years as a pharmacist. She leads group exercise classes because she wants to help her community reduce chronic illness and live healthy lives through exercise! She seeks to spread positivity, motivation, and encouragement and her passion and intensity are felt through each workout! Shavon also conducts small group personal training, leads aqua fitness classes, and dance aerobics classes! She enjoys preparing healthy food during 'LunchinwithLeBlanc' segments on social media, and for rest, she loves to travel the globe and spend time with family!
