Ariel enjoys creating workouts that are based on functional training, which mimic movements you do in everyday life and believes in the importance of recovery. She began her fitness career at the University of Texas at Austin as Personal Trainer and a Fitness Instructor and believes fitness is for everyone! She enjoys working youth athletes, older adults, and everyone in between. In her free time she visits national and state parks with family and friends to take long hikes and enjoy nature.
